BOSS has been set up because lots of people said that they found it difficult to know where to go to find out about work.

Employers also told us that they find it easier to talk to just one organisation about employing people.

We are a small team of people who have lots of experience supporting people into work, setting up co-ops and social firms and working with local authorities to set up services.

We are supported by Bristol City Council, Bath and North East Somerset Council and North Somerset Council.

We work closely with many organisations including Brandon Trust, Freeways, Keith Bates Development Services, Valuing People Support Team, City of Bristol College and West at Work.
