BOSS Employment is a social enterprise set up to help people with a learning disability or difficulty find out about work.

We help people navigate through local services and plan their route to work.

We provide information, put on events and training as well as support employers interested in employing people. 

BOSS is linked to many of the employment service providers, colleges and support organisations and can help access the support you need.
